CaCCCancellation Policy
We request a 48 hours notice if you cannot make it to your appointment. This allows us time to rebook the appointment.

A fee of $50.00 will be charged fee for chemical services (color, perms, etc) with less than 24 hours notice of cancellation/reschedule.
​
A fee of $10.00 will be charged for haircut and styling services with less than 24 hours notice.
​
Other longer services that require a deposit, will not be refunded with less than 24 hours notice of cancellation/reschedule.
​
A no show, no call for any reason will not be able to rebook a future appointment.
